On the road to Mildura - Ulysses Club AGM 2012

Wycheproof welcomes Ulysses Club riders who will be making their way to and from Mildura during March and April 2012.

In Wycheproof there is a lovely shady caravan and camp site plus a well appointed motel and hotel accommodation so ours is an ideal area to make your base to explore the region. We hope to set a record for the largest number of motorbikes ever parked along Broadway; so be part of this record and great photo opportunity.

March is busy in Wycheproof with some great events including the annual tennis tournament on the long weekend and the Great Grain Festival and Music on the Mount 16-18 March. For information click on the menu on the left.

Wycheproof is central, just 90 minutes ride/drive to the regional centres of Horsham, Echuca and Bendigo, just 2 hours from Ballarat and 60 minutes from Swan Hill. Wycheproof is 350km from Melbourne in the south and Mildura in the north - so if you are in Wycheproof you are half way to the AGM. 

While in Wycheproof ride to the summit of Mt Wycheproof the smallest registered mountain in Australia and collect your certificate. The road to the summit is paved and you won't even need to get off your bike to take in the panorama of the surrounding plains. 

Have a country pub lunch, or coffee and lunch at the Mt Wycheproof Cafe. For a picnic on the mount, or by a nearby lake, choose take-away gourmet wraps and goodies from the cafe. For a hearty Aussie pie and some delicious cakes and slices call in to the Wycheproof Bakery and eat-in or take-away.
