Wyche Youth Group is an active school based group that works to hold youth focus events such as the FReeZa Disturbing the Peace event on the long weekend in March, and support other community events in Wycheproof.
During the 2009-10 & 2010-11 summer swim season Wyche Youth managed the pool kiosk.
Wyche Youth Group has an office bearer position with Wycheproof VISION Inc and reps attend each meeting providing reports about youth activities and providing a youth opinion. Wyche Youth write a column each month for the Wycheproof On Track Newsletter .   

         FReeZA is a Victorian Government program that gives young people across Victoria the opportunity to enjoy local drug-free and alcohol-free music, and events including sports events and festivals. The best thing about FReeZA events is that young people are involved in the planning and delivery of all the events with the assistance of community organisations. Kool Skools is a youth music and multimedia project, Projects are open to all secondary schools and council youth agencies, youth associations or clubs. Kool Skools promotes, develops and supports a diverse range of talent and all genres of contemporary music writing and performance. Each school or project gets to work within a professional studio in either Melbourne or Sydney, recording an album of original music by their own school bands.
